I am trying very very hard to be here right now (2019)

artistic direction: Liana Kleinman
movers: Lea Torelli, Kyra Smith, Dot Armstrong

I am trying very very hard to be here right now is a meditation on presence, and the ways in which we can find our mental selves dissociating from our physical selves. It invites the mind to wander, encouraging the audience to pay attention to the moments that capture them and the moments that catapult their minds a million miles away.

Personals (2018)

artistic direction: Dot Armstrong
movers: Lea Torelli, Kyra Smith, Liana Kleinman, Dot Armstrong

An offbeat quartet inspired by ABBA, air guitar, and your dad's dance moves, Personals is a night to remember. Through improvisational choice-making and pre-made phrase material, this absurd event examines personal quirks, community dynamics, and hidden desires.

2:30 AM explores the tumultuous relationship between women in their early 20's. How can we build each other up while watching each other fall?
